Value Transparency
I work with businesses as an independent contractor, which means we contract business to business rather than through payroll. You receive senior-level support without the overhead of benefits, equity, or payroll taxes.
Fractional Chief of Staff — starting at $1,500 per week
Roughly 15 hours a week.
Dedicated Chief of Staff — starting at $2,500 per week
Roughly 20 to 25 hours a week.
I'm best suited to work that rewards long-term trust and thoughtful execution over transactional output.
Fine details: Retainers are a flat monthly fee within a capped range of hours. A 10-hour week and a 14-hour week cost the same. Work that consistently runs past the top of that range is a conversation before it's an invoice, never after. I work remotely by default for fractional engagements.
